Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and/or any affiliated entities, and their immediate family members, are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Administrator: This sweepstakes is administered by GOAT Giveaways Inc., P.O. Box 70, Midway, UT 84049, United States ("Administrator").

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions thereof as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates announced by Sponsor on https://ruwards-1xmagq9c.myshopify.com/ ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times are Pacific Time (PT). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: There are three ways to enter: 1 – During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will receive entries by purchasing eligible products on https://ruwards-1xmagq9c.myshopify.com/. Transactions with declined credit or debit cards, as well as returned purchases, are not eligible for entry. 2 – You may provide your e-mail address and double opt-in to the Ruwards newsletter. E-mail addresses that did not double opt-in do not qualify. 3 – You may also enter without making a purchase by mailing a hand-printed postcard as described in the AMOE Entry Process below. All online entries must be received before the Sweepstakes Period ends. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) Entries per person regardless of method of entry. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter in violation of the entry limits will be ineligible. Incomplete or illegible Entries are invalid and not eligible to win. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal internet access and device usage charges imposed by your ISP may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or postal system failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes from Entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should causes beyond Sponsor's control, including unauthorized human intervention, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or proper submission of entries. Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in this Sweepstakes.

NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.

AMOE Entry Process: To enter via AMOE ("Alternate Method of Entry"), hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than one (1) day after the Sweepstakes Period ends and received no later than seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends to be eligible. Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry, which is equivalent to the base level of entries received through other methods of entry. If Sponsor offers a bonus entry multiplier during any portion of the Sweepstakes Period, each mail-in entry postmarked during that bonus period will receive the same multiplier applied to the base entry, so that mail-in entries continue to have the same odds as entries received through any other method. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Multiple entries submitted in a single envelope will be void. Entries must be hand-written. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries will be void. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries. Entries submitted via the AMOE will have the same odds of winning as entries submitted through any other method of entry.

Selection of Winners: After the Sweepstakes Period ends and the mail-in entry deadline has passed, GOAT Giveaways Inc., an independent third-party sweepstakes administrator retained by Sponsor ("Administrator"), will compile all eligible Entries received through every method of entry — purchase entries, verified email opt-in entries, and mail-in AMOE entries — into a single entry pool, with each Entry assigned a unique sequential entry number. Administrator will then draw ten (10) entry numbers at random from that pool, in order. The first entry drawn is the potential grand prize winner (the "Winner"); the remaining nine (9) are alternates, ranked in the order drawn. Sponsor does not select the Winner and has no involvement in, or ability to influence, which Entries are drawn or the order in which they are drawn. Entries submitted by mail have the same odds of being drawn as Entries submitted by any other method. If the Winner cannot be verified as eligible, does not respond within the period stated below, or fails to return the required documents, the prize passes to the next alternate in the order drawn, and so on until an eligible winner is confirmed. Results will be announced via Sponsor's website and/or social media channels. The odds of winning are not calculable in advance and depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

Notification of Potential Prize Winners: The Winner will be notified via call, email, or FaceTime. If the Winner cannot be reached, or does not acknowledge acceptance of the Prize, within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, that Winner may be disqualified and the next alternate in the order drawn will be notified.

Requirements of Winners: Sponsor may require all Winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to award of any Prize. The requested documents must be signed and returned to Sponsor within seven (7) days of written notification. If any Winner fails to sign and return the requested documents within that period, that Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to the next alternate in the order drawn using the procedure specified above.

Prize: The grand prize winner will receive their choice of a 2027 BMW M3 Competition or one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in cash (the "Prize"). The estimated retail value of the vehicle is [VEHICLE RETAIL VALUE]. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a particular Prize for one of comparable or greater value. No individual may win more than one Prize. All Winners are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. The Winner must take possession of the Prize within the time frame provided by Sponsor upon verification of the Winner. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local income taxes associated with the Prize. The Winner will be provided with an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Prize received (the retail value of the vehicle or the cash amount, as applicable) in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations.

NON-MONETARY PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT CONDITION, WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) BEYOND THE CUSTOMARY REPRESENTATIONS PROVIDED WHEN THE PRIZE IS SOLD AT RETAIL.

Additional Terms for Travel: All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to availability. Winners bear responsibility for travel to and from the departure airport and for any personal expenses incurred. All expenses that are not specifically provided for herein, including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes, and other transportation, are the Winner's sole responsibility. Winner and his or her travel companions must have valid travel documents (e.g., government-issued identification) prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all or some aspects of the Prize. Winner and his or her travel companions are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the Winner from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.

Privacy: By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that any personal information that they provide will be maintained in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://ruwards-1xmagq9c.myshopify.com/.

RELEASE AND PUBLICITY: ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING OF THE OFFER OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE. BY RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE AND BY SIGNING AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE, IF REQUESTED, EACH WINNER CONSENTS TO THE USE OF HIS OR HER NAME AND ADDRESS BY SPONSOR FOR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED. NO ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED. ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.

DISPUTES: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, PURSUANT TO ARBITRATION CONDUCTED UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION, TO TAKE PLACE IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANT, SPONSOR, AND ADMINISTRATOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF UTAH, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW, RULES OR PROVISIONS (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF UTAH OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION) THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF UTAH.
